Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Assist with bussing and cleaning tables as needed - Handle cash transactions using a cash register - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery Skills:
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen sanitation practices - Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Note:
