Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive training programs (for new Agents)( to learn about the Real Estate industry, market trends and company procedures.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and presentations to potential buyers or tenants.
- Collaborate with and learn from experienced Agents to acquire best practices, negotiation strategies, and effective sales techniques.
For experienced Agents, - Utilize your expertise and market knowledge to assist clients in transactions and manage listings effectively.
- Conduct market analysis and develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms of sales on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns, and guide them through the entire real estate process.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) - Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Understanding of local real estate market trends, laws and regulations - Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Dedication to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
For new Agents:
A strong desire to learn and succeed in the Real Estate industry and a valid Real Estate license For experienced Agents:
Proven track record as a successful real estate agent with a valid Real Estate License.
