Dietary Aide Responsibility Highlights include:
Assist in the preparation, pre-portioning, and/or serving of meals, beverages, and snacks for regular and therapeutic diets according to planned menu as directed.
Prepare, store, and dispose of food using proper food handling, food labeling, and food safety techniques according to facility and regulatory standards.
Perform assigned kitchen and dining room cleaning assignments utilizing proper cleaning chemicals and techniques according to facility and regulatory standards.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
