We are looking for a results-driven leader to be responsible for the overall store operations during a shift.
The successful candidate will display a passion for our brand, be able to manage cookie production from mixing to serving the customer, and embrace Crumbl's 3 C's of success - Cookie Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Cleanliness.

Are confident in leading, deploying, and guiding others Are experienced with responsibilities like opening, closing, cash-handling, technology problem-solving and store safety Understand how to create a great customer service experience Take initiative and act as a role model to others Enjoy working as a team and motivating others Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work Are open to learning new things (especially our weekly cookie flavors!) Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment Have excellent communications skills Basic
Qualifications:
Prepare and coach others on the preparation of cookies to standard recipes At least six (6) months of experience coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Comfortable using mobile devices and applications Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays High school diploma or equivalent Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:
