You will oversee the activities of a team of contractors and work with the home owners daily to provide a rewarding experience for your home owners and ensure our homes are built to top level construction standards
Responsibilities:
Manage your team of contractors to build to build top quality custom designed homes to our customers needs throughout the pittsburgh suburbs on a scattered lot environment.
Create the best built homes by running an organized schedule and ensuring detailed quality standards to create the best home building experience for your customers.
Work with home owners daily to provide the best experience in custom home building Coordinate the daily activities to complete the schedule on time Train, Coordinate, and Inspect work of contractors to ensure quality standards Efficiently manage an organized construction schedule daily Drive from home site to home site to conduct inspections and train contractors daily Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous residential or commercial construction experience or education General knowledge of construction practices Strong leadership qualities Enjoy working with people - contractors and home owners Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer skills to schedule and communicate Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$70,000.
