Responsibilities:
Become point of contract for skilled associates Perform sales calls to local businesses to gain new job orders Post jobs to job boards, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Conduct phone and in person interviews with applicants Place applicants in jobs that match their skills and experience Perform background checks and drug screens Maintain working knowledge of all clients and job orders Create applicant profile in applicant tracking system Conduct inquiry calls and schedule interviews with applicants Coach associates Conduct new hire safety orientation Perform client safety tours Terminate associate's assignments Juggle multiple applications and software Create new and unique job postings Maintain client relations via phone, email, and in person communication Promote and attend local job fairs Other duties as needed Requirements:
